Hospice Richmond Hill is a non-profit, registered charitable organization. Our services are provided free of charge to residents of Richmond Hill. We rely on the generosity of local residents, businesses and community groups to help us continue to provide the valuable programs and services we do.
The following are some of the many ways that you can help us in our work. Please contact Aundrea Di Giuseppe, Executive Director at 905-884-6683 or aundrea@hospicerh.org for more information.
Volunteer - Volunteers are the cornerstone of Hospice care
Volunteers are carefully chosen by qualified staff, pre-screened and fully trained. They receive ongoing staff support, workshops and program updates. Hospice volunteers represent many cultures and speak many languages to support the needs of our diverse community.
“I thought when I started volunteering it was my chance to “give back”. Little did I know each and every client that I had the great honour or working with, would actually be giving so much back to me...” Hospice Volunteer.
